Adam Robinson – MD, IFA, Specialist Mortgage Adviser
Adam is the founder of Coastline Financial and an experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) and specialist mortgage adviser, with a strong background across financial planning, pensions, investments, and both residential and commercial property finance in the UK.
As an Independent Financial Adviser, Adam provides whole-of-market advice, meaning he is not restricted to any lender or provider. This allows him to deliver tailored solutions across pensions, investments, residential mortgages, buy-to-let (BTL), commercial mortgages, bridging finance, development finance, and protection planning for both personal and business clients.
Adam has developed a deep understanding of financial planning and property finance over many years, supporting clients with everything from long-term pension and investment strategies through to complex commercial mortgage and development finance arrangements.

Adam is a qualified financial adviser, accredited by the London Institute of Finance and Banking, and holds the highest level of mortgage advice qualification awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). This combination of financial adviser and mortgage adviser expertise allows him to provide strategic, well-rounded advice across all areas of financial services.
In addition to his professional experience as a financial adviser and mortgage adviser, Adam is also a property investor and developer. This real-world experience gives him a practical understanding of the challenges faced by landlords, developers, and business owners, particularly when it comes to commercial mortgages, bridging finance, and investment strategy.
